We provide an AI-powered research assistance platform to help users transform research ideas into academic papers, presentations, and other research outputs. The Services include AI-powered idea generation for exploring research directions and generating creative concepts, project management, progress tracking, and AI-assisted content generation.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

Content generated by the Services (“Output”) is provided for your use. To the extent we hold rights in an Output, we assign those rights to you.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unreliable and may contain factual errors, incorrect citations, or references to nonexistent sources. You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating Output before relying on or publishing it. We do not guarantee its accuracy, originality, or fitness for a particular purpose.
If you distribute or publish Output, you must clearly disclose that it was generated by artificial intelligence as required by applicable regulations and industry practices.
The Services may rely on third-party APIs and AI models (“Third-Party Providers”). Your inputs may be transmitted to and processed by them under their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, or data-handling practices of third-party services. We do not endorse or assume liability for third-party products or services. You agree that your use of the Services is at your own risk with respect to Third-Party Provider performance and output quality.
The Services, including their software, algorithms, interfaces, designs, trademarks, and logos, are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer our intellectual property to you.
Feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide may be used by us under a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license without compensation.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.
We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, secure service or accurate, complete, or suitable AI-generated Output.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we, our affiliates, and our licensors will not be liable to you or any third party for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from your access to or use of—or inability to access or use—the Services. This applies under warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised that such damages are possible.
Our total liability for claims relating to these Terms or the Services is limited to direct damages actually incurred and will not exceed the amount you paid us during the twelve months before the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us, our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your use of the Services, User Content, violation of these Terms, or violation of another party’s rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause or notice, including when we reasonably believe you violated these Terms. Upon termination, licenses granted to you under these Terms end immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification—remain effective.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes must first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within thirty days, either party may submit the dispute to the competent people’s court at our domicile.
If any provision is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and other agreements expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement about the Services and supersede prior agreements, understandings, and communications.
Neither party is liable for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
Our failure to enforce a right or provision does not waive that right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer them without restriction.
